Leeds Rhinos and Championship clubs are expected to finalize agreements for loans and dual registration.
|The Leeds chief executive Gary Hetherington confirmed the clubs will continue to work together and that
connections are being made with a number of other second-tier teams, despite Bradford Bulls’
announcement this week that they are ending their formal dual-reg agreement with Rhinos.
Additionally, he disclosed that the RFL is taking clubs’ demands into consideration when making

Hetherington stated that the Rhinos are “still awaiting further information from the RFL on the actual
process of dual-reg and loans” and that “they are looking at refining that to make it as simple and straight-forward as possible following quite a bit of pressure from a variety of clubs in Championship and Super League.” Additionally, we are awaiting more details regarding the reserve grade competition.Leeds has not yet disclosed which teams they will play with in the upcoming season, but Hetherington has stated that Bradford and four other second-tier teams are probably involved.
