Following Wednesday’s game, Karl-Anthony Towns shared something on Instagram.

The Minnesota Timberwolves and San Antonio Spurs played a Wednesday night game at the Target Center.

Five Timberwolves players scored at least 14 points in the team’s 102-94 victory.

 

In 32 minutes of action, Karl-Anthony Towns scored 14 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, dished out two assists, and drained one block while shooting 2/3 from three points and 5/6 from the field.

 

Towns posted something on Instagram following the game on Thursday.

Towns has participated in all 20 games this season and is shooting 42.6% from three-point range and 51.0% from the field, averaging 21.8 points, 9.1 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game.

With a 16-4 record through their first 20 games, the Timberwolves hold the top spot in the Western Conference.

They are currently enjoying a five-game winning streak and have gone 8-2 in their past ten games.

 

The Timberwolves’ next game is scheduled for Friday, when they travel to the Memphis Grizzlies, after the Spurs.

Towns, who entered the league as the first pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, is currently in his ninth season (all with the Timberwolves).

In each of the previous two seasons, he has contributed to the Timberwolves’ run to the postseason.

 

In 531 regular season games (he has also played in 16 NBA playoff games), the three-time NBA All-Star has career averages of 23.0 points, 11.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.3 blocks while shooting 52.5% from the field and 39.6% from three-point range.
