World Grand Prix: Ronnie O’Sullivan promises fans after break that…

IN THE POCKET World Grand Prix Snooker LIVE RESULTS: Judd Trump defeats Ronnie O’Sullivan in a pivotal final – the most recent information, score

If Ronnie O’Sullivan wants to win a tournament for the second time in a row, he will need to give it some serious thought before tonight’s session.

He had to do the same here after usurping Ali Carter to win the Masters from a losing position.

What a fantastic evening Leicester is in store.
The two superstars of Baize will return at 7:00 p.m.

The first ten frames are it. The World Grand Prix trophy and £100,000 will be awarded to the winner.

Well, considering his persistent elbow problem, Ronnie might find it difficult to raise it.

The numbers from the first eight frames of the day are shown below.

O’Sullivan 3–5. Trump
It’s time to take a rest. The first meeting has concluded.

Not particularly impressive snooker from either man. Still, it’s an interesting contest.

Tonight, Judd Trump would have lost if he had a 6-2 lead.

For someone as talented as the Rocket, however, being two frames down, at 3-5 down, is a doable disadvantage to overcome.

What a promising last session we have ahead of us.

It’s important to remember that in the final two frames, Ronnie O’Sullivan had two kicks on the cue ball.

It’s possible that by not using the same chalk as the other elite pros, he’s losing frames at crucial times.

He will return at 7 p.m., for the time being, feeling a little better than his rival.
