Coach of the Cowboys acknowledges that the team will consult former 49ers quarterback Trey Lance before playing San Francisco.


Before facing the highly anticipated San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer believes the team will rely on Trey Lance.

After playing with the Niners for his first two seasons of the season, Lance was moved in late August to the Cowboys in return for a fourth-round selection pick. Although Lance is now classified as Dallas’ third-string quarterback, the Cowboys may find a lot of use for him this week.
