Hugh Freeze celebrate his grandbaby as daughter delivers twins

Auburn’s Hugh Freeze celebrates second grandbaby as daughter delivers healthy baby girl Monday.

Hugh Freeze, the head coach of Auburn, has had one of the best weeks ever.

The Auburn Tigers celebrated the news that Laquan Robinson, the top safety in junior college, had committed to Auburn on Friday afternoon before he and the team destroyed the Arkansas Razorbacks in a 48-10 victory to earn bowl eligibility.

After the Tigers’ victory over the Razorbacks on Saturday night, Freeze discovered that he and the team had successfully lured 4-star edge rusher Jamonta Waller away from Billy Napier and the Florida Gators, making a significant addition to Auburn’s 2024 recruiting class.

With the commitment of 4-star 2025 tight end Ryan Ghea to the Tigers on Sunday, Auburn added another recruit.

Even though Freeze celebrated each of those victories, they probably won’t top the news on Monday since, only hours after concluding his press conference on Monday morning with the statement that his daughter was in labor, Freeze’s daughter Jordan Freeze McManus gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Monday afternoon.

As he concluded his press conference, Freeze declared, “I’m expecting my second grandbaby.” “Pray for my daughter, everyone. She is currently in labor. We therefore anticipate that.

Arriving Monday afternoon, Danni Jane McManus was 21 inches long and weighed 9 pounds 5 ounces. Jordan, Freeze’s daughter, and she are both in good health and are doing well.
