BREAKING NEWS:NANTES VS LYON ,SEE MORE….

FC Nantes has officially announced that their Ligue 1 match against Lyon on Sunday, April

7th, will take place behind closed doors. Because of this, on Sunday night, when the

match is due to take place, neither home nor away fans will be permitted entry into the Stade de la Beaujoire.

The LFP Disciplinary Commission reached the ruling in response to the usage of pyrotechnics

during a Ligue 1 game. The spectator ban is in effect for more than just Les Canaris’ game

versus OL. Two more matches will see partial stadium closures as part of the punishment. As

a result, fewer spectators than normal will be allowed for their home game against Rennes,

which comes just after Lyon.
Nantes intends to get in touch with every fan

who bought a ticket and was impacted by the decision as quickly as they can.

Nantes has stated in an official statement that it feels the decision to prohibit or limit

attendance for the next three games is “deeply unfair and disproportionate.” The club

declared, “We will carefully follow the future case law of the Disciplinary Commission

regarding the use of pyrotechnic devices” in an effort to stop decisions like this from happening in the future.
